We are a small, newly established, TICA registered cattery in Langdon Hills, Basildon, Essex.  We specialise in quality, home-reared Bengal Kittens. We are members of the Bengal Cat Club of Great Britain, the Bengal Cat Club and the Blue Bengal Group. 

Solargem Branston (Treacle) achieved Triple Grand Champion Alter (TBC) at TickedTICA's Crayford Show on 8th November 2008.

Of the litter of 6 kittens Lily had on 26th August 2008, 1 little Brown Spotted girl, Fudge, is left.  She is a little beauty, with a lovely personality and is in search of her "forever family"!  Please see kitten page.

Gary and I have had a fascination with Bengal Cats for some time, they have such a regal air about them and their markings are superb, their movement and demeanour echo their wild ancestory.  Last year we took the plunge and chose two (we only went for one!) a boy and a girl, Branston (Treacle) and Delicate Tigerlily (Lily) from Frances and Paul Wilson at Solargem Bengals, to whom we are very, very grateful.  Things seem to have snowballed dramatically from there, I never thought I'd be running a cattery!!  Bengals come into your lives and enrich it with their gracefulness and their personality!  They want to be part of everything you do....the washing up, sweeping the floor, sewing, reading....they're there, in your face, their curiousity is boundless along with their enthusiasm.  They are intelligent, mischievious and loyal, more like a dog than a domestic cat.  They are truly beautiful animals.
